IJMORA and SelfPre Academic Publishing support transparent conference participation, publication-connected academic events, online conferences, physical conferences, e-poster sessions, webinars, exhibitors, and sponsor categories. Fees may vary by participant type, registration deadline, event format, publication connection, and active campaign status.

First Online Conference Campaign

The first online conference may be offered free of cost during the active campaign period from 2026-09-15 to 2027-01-15.

Free participation does not automatically mean free publication in every case. Publication eligibility, abstract inclusion, proceedings publication, journal linkage, certificates, and editorial acceptance remain subject to admin/event policy.

Voucher Policy for Future Conferences

If a participant joins the first online conference under the campaign and later joins another IJMORA/SelfPre conference, including a possible physical conference, the participant may receive a voucher. The voucher amount is not fixed publicly because it is controlled by the admin panel.

Publication Connection

Some conference categories may be connected with publication opportunities such as abstract book publication, conference proceedings, special issue consideration, or journal-linked publication workflow. However, payment or registration alone does not guarantee publication. Each submission must satisfy editorial checks, plagiarism policy, AI-use policy, peer review requirements where applicable, formatting standards, and publication ethics.
