Terms and Conditions

By using the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Open Research and Advancement (IJMORA) website, creating an account, submitting a manuscript, reviewing a manuscript, communicating with the editorial office, downloading published content, or accessing journal services, users agree to follow these Terms and Conditions, journal policies, publication ethics rules, responsible-use requirements, and applicable editorial procedures.

These terms apply to authors, reviewers, editors, guest editors, publishing staff, registered users, readers, institutions, and visitors using the IJMORA online journal platform.

User Accounts

Users must provide accurate, current, and truthful information during registration. Accounts using fake names, misleading affiliations, abusive identity details, impersonation, duplicate misuse, or inappropriate information may be suspended, restricted, or removed.

Manuscript Submission

Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee technical screening, peer review, acceptance, publication, indexing, or citation impact. IJMORA may return, decline, reject, withdraw, or request revision of manuscripts according to editorial and ethical requirements.

Author Responsibility

Authors are fully responsible for originality, accuracy, authorship, data integrity, citations, ethical approvals, conflicts of interest, AI-use disclosure, figures, tables, supplementary files, and final manuscript content.

Reviewer Responsibility

Reviewers must maintain confidentiality, provide fair comments, avoid conflicts of interest, and submit responsible evaluations. Reviewer access must not be used to copy, distribute, or misuse unpublished manuscript content.

Use of the IJMORA Website and Submission System

The IJMORA website and manuscript submission system are provided for scholarly publishing, manuscript management, editorial communication, peer review, article publication, reader access, certificate verification, journal announcements, and academic information. Users must use the platform honestly, lawfully, and professionally.

Users must not attempt to damage, overload, bypass, manipulate, reverse-engineer, hack, copy restricted content, interfere with system security, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, manuscripts, reviewer reports, editorial files, database records, or administrative tools.

Publication Charges, APC Waivers, and Offers

IJMORA may announce Article Processing Charges, waiver programs, launch offers, discount periods, institutional support, special publication support, or promotional waiver policies. Any waiver, discount, or promotional offer does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or publication.

Editorial decisions remain independent from payment status, waiver status, author identity, institutional affiliation, nationality, or promotional eligibility. Manuscripts are assessed according to quality, originality, relevance, ethics, reviewer feedback, and editorial judgment.

Important: Payment or waiver eligibility must never be interpreted as acceptance approval. Acceptance is only issued through the formal editorial decision process.

Published Content and Author Responsibility

Published article content, including text, data, figures, tables, references, interpretations, conclusions, and supplementary materials, remains the responsibility of the authors. IJMORA may correct metadata, update article files, issue corrections, publish notices, retract articles, withdraw content, or remove inappropriate material when necessary.

IJMORA makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate article records, but authors must carefully check proofs, metadata, author names, affiliations, article titles, abstracts, keywords, references, and publication files before final approval.

Prohibited Use

  • Uploading malicious files or harmful code.
  • Impersonating authors, reviewers, editors, or institutions.
  • Manipulating peer review or reviewer identity.
  • Submitting fabricated data or fake references.
  • Attempting unauthorized system access.
  • Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language.

Publication Ethics

Users must follow publication ethics, plagiarism policy, AI policy, peer review policy, correction policy, and retraction policy. Ethical violations may lead to rejection, withdrawal, correction, retraction, account restriction, or institutional notification.

Artificial Intelligence Use

Authors must disclose meaningful AI use where required. AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Authors remain responsible for checking AI-assisted writing, translations, references, analysis, images, and interpretations.

Confidentiality

Manuscripts under review, editorial records, reviewer reports, unpublished files, and private communications must be treated as confidential and must not be shared without permission.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts do not violate copyright, licensing terms, third-party image rights, dataset permissions, software licenses, or previously published material restrictions. If copyrighted material is included, authors are responsible for obtaining permission where required.

Website design, journal branding, logos, system content, policy pages, metadata structures, editorial materials, and platform features may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights and must not be copied or reused without authorization.

Editorial Rights and Journal Governance

IJMORA reserves the right to screen submissions, request corrections, assign editors, invite reviewers, reject unsuitable manuscripts, investigate ethical concerns, update policies, correct published information, manage special issues, suspend abusive accounts, and protect the integrity of the journal system.

Guest editors, reviewers, editorial board members, and staff may support editorial operations, but final journal governance remains under IJMORA editorial and administrative policy.

Technical Availability

IJMORA aims to provide reliable access to its website and services, but technical interruptions, maintenance, server issues, security updates, data corrections, or temporary unavailability may occur.

External Links

IJMORA may provide links to external websites, databases, indexing services, author resources, or third-party tools. IJMORA is not responsible for external website content, availability, policies, or security.

Policy Updates

IJMORA may update these Terms and Conditions, journal policies, submission rules, APC information, workflow procedures, and website features as the journal develops.

Limitation of Liability

IJMORA provides scholarly publishing services in good faith, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, indexing acceptance, citation performance, ranking outcomes, or external database inclusion.

Final Agreement

By continuing to use IJMORA, users confirm that they understand and accept these Terms and Conditions. Users who do not agree with these terms should not create an account, submit manuscripts, access restricted services, or use the journal platform.

These Terms and Conditions are intended to protect authors, reviewers, editors, readers, published content, journal integrity, editorial independence, and the responsible operation of the IJMORA scholarly publishing system.
