Author Guidelines
Authors submitting to the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Open Research and Advancement (IJMORA) must prepare their manuscripts carefully before submission. Complete files, accurate metadata, clear declarations, ethical compliance, proper formatting, and responsible authorship help reduce delays during technical screening, editorial assessment, peer review, and publication production.
IJMORA welcomes research articles, review articles, short communications, technical notes, case studies, methodology papers, perspectives, editorials, and interdisciplinary manuscripts from all fields of life, science, technology, health, education, society, business, environment, humanities, and applied research.
Before Submission
Authors should confirm that the manuscript is original, complete, ethically prepared, properly referenced, and suitable for IJMORA’s multidisciplinary scope before starting submission.
Online Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted through the IJMORA online submission system after creating an author account. Email submission may not be accepted unless officially announced.
Technical Screening
Submitted manuscripts may be checked for formatting, file completeness, metadata accuracy, plagiarism risk, AI-writing indicators, grammar quality, and ethical declarations.
Publication Benefits
Authors may benefit from APC waiver programs, publication certificates, article visibility, metadata optimization, and possible lifetime publication voucher campaigns when active.
Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts should be written clearly, logically, and professionally. Authors must ensure that the title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, references, figures, tables, and supplementary materials are accurate and consistent.

File Requirements
Authors should upload clean, readable, and complete files. Manuscript files should not contain damaged formatting, missing figures, unreadable tables, corrupted content, or incomplete references.
Language Quality
Manuscripts should be written in clear academic English. Authors should check grammar, spelling, punctuation, readability, and scientific terminology before submission.
Reference Accuracy
Authors must verify every reference. Fake citations, incorrect DOI numbers, fabricated references, and unverifiable sources may lead to rejection or investigation.
Suggested and Opposed Reviewers
Authors may suggest potential reviewers who have suitable expertise and no conflict of interest. Authors may also identify opposed reviewers with a clear reason. Reviewer suggestions are considered advisory only.
The editor makes the final reviewer selection. IJMORA may ignore suggested reviewers if there is a conflict of interest, limited expertise, inappropriate relationship, institutional overlap, or concern regarding review independence.
Technical Screening and Editorial Assessment
After submission, the Managing Team may check the manuscript for formatting, file completeness, author details, declarations, figure quality, reference quality, plagiarism similarity, AI-writing indicators, grammar quality, and policy compliance. These checks help determine whether a manuscript is ready for editorial assessment.
Technical screening does not mean acceptance. A manuscript may be returned for correction, sent to an editor, rejected as unsuitable, or held for clarification depending on the result of the checks.
Ethics, Originality and AI Disclosure
Authors must submit original work that has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration by another journal. Plagiarism, duplicate submission, fabricated data, manipulated figures, fake references, hidden conflicts, false authorship, and misleading AI-generated content are not acceptable.
Meaningful use of artificial intelligence tools for writing, editing, translation, coding, data analysis, image preparation, or interpretation must be disclosed according to the IJMORA AI Use Policy. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
Revision Submission
If revision is requested, authors must submit a revised manuscript and a response-to-reviewers document. The response should address reviewer and editor comments point by point, clearly explaining what was changed and where changes were made.
Authors should respond respectfully and scientifically. Ignoring reviewer comments, submitting incomplete revisions, or failing to explain changes may delay editorial decisions.
APC and Launch Waiver
IJMORA regular Article Processing Charge information is listed on the APC page. During the launch period, APC may be waived according to active journal policy and available campaigns.
Waiver Benefits
Waiver benefits may include full APC exemption, launch publication support, promotional author benefits, and special publication opportunities when officially announced.
Lifetime Publication Voucher
IJMORA may award lifetime or future-publication vouchers under specific campaigns, reviewer recognition programs, institutional partnerships, or journal development initiatives.
No Guaranteed Acceptance
APC waiver, free publication, voucher eligibility, or promotional benefit does not guarantee acceptance. All manuscripts remain subject to editorial evaluation and peer review.
Publication Certificate
After publication, the corresponding author may generate or request a verifiable IJMORA publication certificate according to journal policy and system availability. Publication certificates may include article title, author information, publication details, certificate code, and verification status.
Certificates are intended to support academic documentation, institutional reporting, and professional records. Certificate availability does not replace the official published article record.
