Correction Policy
The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Open Research and Advancement (IJMORA) may publish corrections, update article metadata, revise article files, or issue formal notices when errors are found in published articles but the main conclusions remain reliable.

Purpose of This Policy
IJMORA maintains this Correction Policy to protect transparency, accuracy, research integrity, indexing reliability, citation quality, and long-term scholarly recordkeeping. Corrections help ensure that published article information remains accurate without unnecessarily retracting work that remains scientifically valid.
A correction may be appropriate when an error is limited and does not invalidate the article main findings. However, if an error affects data reliability, ethical approval, authorship responsibility, plagiarism concerns, image integrity, peer-review integrity, or main conclusions, IJMORA may consider an expression of concern, withdrawal, investigation, or retraction.

Author Corrections
Author corrections may be issued when authors identify an error in a published article that originated from the submitted manuscript or author-approved proof. This may include incorrect author details, missing acknowledgements, incorrect funding information, wrong figure labels, incorrect table values, reference mistakes, unclear wording, or other author-side errors.
Publisher Corrections
Publisher corrections may be issued when an error occurs during editing, formatting, layout preparation, proof generation, PDF publication, HTML publication, metadata upload, indexing preparation, or website display.
Metadata Corrections
Metadata corrections are important for search visibility, indexing, citation accuracy, library records, archive quality, article discovery, and academic referencing. IJMORA may correct article titles, author names, affiliations, ORCID IDs, abstracts, keywords, article type, issue information, publication dates, article identifiers, citation text, DOI information, page numbers, article numbers, or other metadata fields.
Figures, Tables, References and Supplementary Files
IJMORA may correct figures, tables, captions, legends, references, supplementary files, graphical abstracts, or supporting documents when the error is limited and does not undermine the reliability of the article conclusions.
Minor Updates Without Formal Notice
IJMORA may make minor updates without issuing a formal correction notice when the update does not affect scientific meaning, citation integrity, ethical interpretation, data reliability, authorship responsibility, or reader understanding.
When Correction Is Not Enough
A correction is not appropriate when a published article is seriously unreliable, unethical, plagiarized, duplicated, manipulated, or based on invalid data.

Correction Request Process
Correction requests may be submitted by authors, readers, reviewers, editors, publishing staff, institutions, or other concerned parties. IJMORA will assess the request and decide whether a correction, clarification, metadata update, investigation, expression of concern, or no action is appropriate.
